GENERAL MEETINGS Starting in May 2008 we will meet the first Thursday of every month at 6:30pm at Scottsdale Healthcare Shea. Scottsdale Healthcare Shea is located just East of the 101freeway on Shea Blvd. Our meetings will be in the conference area (first floor, accessible from front or back entrance)- check the monitors in the lobby for room location. Free valet parking is available. Activities include doctors, nutrition, exercise, twins panels, mothers of older twins panels, chat/question & answer nights, Show & Sell, and much more. All moms of multiples -- current and expecting -- are welcome, but children should not attend, as it can be distracting to other members. General meetings begin at 6:30pm with a prospect greeting and social time. During this time, prospects are encouraged to meet with current PVMOM members and ask questions relating to multiples. It's also a great time to get to know the other prospects and new members of PVMOM. The rest of the members are welcome to socialize during this time. Club business is discussed at 7:00pm, with the speaker or activity beginning no later than 7:30pm. Meetings generally last until 8:30pm. BOARD MEETINGS Board meetings held quarterly, dates and times will be announced in the newsletter. Events for the next few months are planned, and financial decisions are made. Everyone is welcome to attend, but only Board members may vote. |
